Namely,a watch of this type with a massive wide bezel looks significantly smaller on the hand than a model with a more subtle bezel.
I don’t mind the diameter,but what I’m not thrilled about is the water resistance,which has been reduced from the original 200 meters to 100 meters.
It’s still adequate,but SOH has always been a collection that you could feel free to wear for almost any occasion,from a suit to a spacesuit,which has been toned down a bit.
The classic automatic Breitling Replica caliber with COSC and a power reserve of 42 hours will take care of the drive.
The cherry on the cake for me was the special edition SuperOcean Héritage 57’Rainbow with rainbow color indexes.
I personally liked this model the most,but I found out that I’m probably the only one in my area.

As in previous cases,the model received a pearl bezel,which was once the privilege of Montbrillant models.
Six versions were presented:with red gold,without,combined,with diamonds,with mother-of-pearl and,in addition to metal bracelets,leather straps in three colors.
Overall,I rate this series as the weakest among the presented novelties.
I also sold a Navitimer to a woman a couple of times in the store.
Well,men’s and with a chronograph-the way a real Navitimer should be-and the woman was flying a cargo plane to the Far East.
Simply,for me,a Navitimer should have more than 40mm,a chronograph and a dot!On the other hand,we will see how popular it will be with our female clientele,and here any assumption is misleading.
AND WE ARE ALREADY GETTING TO THE GROUND
Chronomat,a line representing the earth,has always been successful.
I think it was also because it combined elements of all three worlds mentioned above into one.
A versatile,well-built watch introduced by Ernest Schneider in the 1980s in the spirit of«making the chronograph cool again».
I suppose it was in the days when watchmaking was coming out of the battery crisis.
The novelty introduced by George Kern draws everything from its original DNA.
The diameter of the case was reduced to 42 mm,the«riders»on the bezel received a new function,namely the possibility to change them-shorten them and determine their arbitrary order according to your needs for the count down function,used mainly in regattas and count up for divers.
However,I assume that few people in our region will use this element.
However,the Chronomat line received the biggest change-apart from the lightened case-in the form of a completely old-new bracelet,elaborated in detail with the special name Rouleaux.
I really like the bracelet,it has its own identity,and this,at first glance,lighter version of the bracelet fits well with the muscular case of the chronometer.
Those of you who like watches with a specific bracelet,like me,will definitely agree with me.
The main parts of the articles are matte and the center polished.
The Chronomat will be presented in a fairly wide range of dial colors.
For me,the clear favorite is the salmon version.
However,in order to form an opinion,it is necessary to see the watch live on your own hand.
The model will be powered by the in-house Breitling replica watches uk caliber 01 with a 3-day power reserve,
and the water resistance of the case has remained unchanged-a great 200 meters.
Despite the fact that I could not”feel”the watch at Baselworld as I was used to every year,I have to express my pleasure with the presented novelties.
Mainly the SOH 57’Rainbow edition and the new Chronomat 42 with Roureau bracelet and salmon dial.
I don’t think it’s quite all and we will see more models soon.
